A soak in the tub always feels incredible, but the sensual
thrills quadruple when you invite your man in for some rub-a-dub
action. "Though having intercourse in the tub is problematic
-- water washes away lubrication -- indulging in a soapy sexcapade
can be the ultimate foreplay," says clinical sexologist Ian
Kerner, Ph.D., author of She Comes First. Take Cosmo's
aqua-erotic advice for some serious wet-and-wild fun.
The Sultry Squeegee
Peel off each other's clothes, then slide into a warm tub
with your guy sitting behind you. Take turns slowly lathering
each other up with a soft, natural sea sponge. With his hand
on top of yours, start tracing slow, sexy circles around your
breasts, belly and inner thighs.
Next, guide his hand from the base of
your vulva to the top and back down again. "This sponge bath
stimulates highly sensitive parts of the vulva that are often
neglected outside the tub," says Kerner. Once you've established
the slow north-south rhythm, lean back and let his hands take
over. But before you get too hot and bothered,
switch places. Drag the sudsed-up sponge from his chest down
to his abs and then gently run it up and down his penis. The
slick, warm feeling will create a toe-curling sensation. "Concentrate
on stroking the underside of the shaft and along the frenulum,
right below the head, where the skin is ultrathin and packed
with nerve endings," says sex therapist Sandor Gardos, Ph.D.,
founder of MyPleasure.com.
Lusty Underwater Lotus
Now it's time to bring things to a sexier level: Facing each
other, wrap your legs around his back and pull him close. Slide
one hand down his belly and gently massage his balls -- think
tickle, not tug. "Cup them in the palms of your hands and graze
his testicles with your fingertips like a little octopus," says
Kerner. When you want to get in on the erotic action, "rub yourself
up and down the underside of his shaft."
Showerhead Blastoff
By this point, it won't take much to send you into orbit. Start
draining the tub as he turns on the shower to tantalize you
with its warm stream. (If your shower has weak water pressure,
you'll need a handheld showerhead to get the full effect.) With your guy standing, lie back facing
the showerhead with your legs splayed. Angle your body so the
water sprays down directly on your genitalia. Let him change
the settings, working from a delicate spray to a pleasurably
pulsating rhythm. "Just avoid directly spraying the clitoris,
because the pressure may be too much for that sensitive spot,"
says Kerner. Once he brings you to the thigh-quivering brink,
towel off and slip in between cool, crisp sheets together.
