Her Most Secret Sex Question

I know many women have difficulty climaxing, but I have the opposite problem: I orgasm too quickly, and then it's over. Is it possible to have another one?

Absolutely, says Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of He Comes Next. Unlike men, women don't have a refractory (or cooling off) period, so you can ride wave after wave of pleasure without a time-out. One way to condition your body for more than one is to put your O on pause, with a technique called "peaking." Here's how: Have your guy explore your body with his hands or mouth while you focus on your arousal. When you feel close to the edge, have him switch gears and either turn his attention to another part of your body or just slow down. Repeat a few times, building yourself up, then backing away. Delaying your O in this start-and-stop pattern gets you familiar with your point of no return, resulting in a more intense orgasm and the possibility of multiple moans, because you're training your body to anticipate another peak. Now that's smart multitasking.
